Atmega328P-AU SMD Microcontroller is Atmel’s high performance, low power 8-bit AVR ATMega328p-AU microcontroller in SMD package. Atmega328P-Au has 32K of program space. 23 I/O lines, 6 of which are channels for the 10-bit ADC. Runs up to 20MHz with external crystal. Package can be programmed in circuit and 1.8V to 5V operating voltage.

Atmega328 is the same micro-controller that is used in Arduino UNO R3 the only difference is that this is in SMD package. So you can use this micro-controller and load a Arduino bootloader into it and run any Arduino code.
