Payment Information - DNA Solutions Private Limited

This page explains the payment methods accepted on DNA Solutions, how payments are processed, and how refunds (if any) are handled.

1) Payment Methods Accepted

We accept online payments through our secure payment gateway, including:

  • UPI
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets supported by the payment gateway

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

2) Payment Processing
  • All online payments are processed securely through RBI-compliant payment gateway providers.
  • DNA Solutions does not store your full card details, UPI PIN, or net-banking passwords on our servers.
  • Payment is charged at the time of placing the order.
3) Currency
  • All prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
  • We accept orders and payments within India.
4) Invoices & GST
  • Invoices are issued under DNA Solutions Private Limited (GSTIN: 27AAFCE7605R1Z1).
  • GST invoices can be used by eligible buyers as per applicable law.
5) Refunds & Order Policy (NCNR)
  • DNA Solutions supplies most items on an import basis.
  • All confirmed orders are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable (NCNR). Once we place the order with the manufacturer/supplier, it cannot be canceled or returned.
  • If you face a payment-related issue (e.g., amount debited but order not confirmed), contact us and we will assist with verification and resolution.

Do you store my card/UPI details?
No. Payments are processed via secure payment gateways; we do not store full card/UPI credentials.
Is payment in INR only?
Yes. All pricing and payments are in INR.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Invoices are issued under DNA Solutions Private Limited (GSTIN: 27AAFCE7605R1Z1).
Can I cancel and get a refund after payment?
DNA Solutions supplies most items on an import basis. All confirmed orders are NCNR, so cancellation/refund is not available after the order is confirmed and placed with the supplier.
