DNA Solutions supplies most items on an import basis. Once an order is confirmed, it is placed with the manufacturer/supplier and proceeds through import and customs clearance. Because of this, cancellations and returns are not possible after confirmation. This policy helps keep procurement accurate and timelines predictable. If you’re unsure about part selection, we’re happy to help before you place the order.

1) Policy Summary (NCNR)

All confirmed orders are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable (NCNR).
Once we place the order with the manufacturer/supplier, it cannot be canceled or returned.

2) Before You Confirm Your Order

To avoid mistakes and delays, please confirm:

  • The exact Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) and manufacturer
  • The correct quantity and required variant/package (if applicable)
  • Your delivery address and contact details
  • Any special requirement (if the part is for a specific application or replacement)

If you are unsure about compatibility or selection, contact us before ordering and we will guide you.

3) Cancellation Policy
  • Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Please ensure the MPN, quantity, and requirement are fully confirmed before placing the order.
4) Return Policy
  • Returns are not accepted for confirmed/imported orders.
  • We do not accept returns for “change of mind”, incorrect selection, or compatibility issues after order confirmation.
5) Wrong Item / Transit Damage (Report Immediately)

If you receive a wrong item or a physically damaged package, report it immediately after delivery with clear photos of:

  • outer packaging and label,
  • product condition,
  • invoice/order details (where available).

We will review the case and guide you on next steps based on verification and courier process.

6) No Substitutes Without Approval

DNA Solutions does not ship substitutes for your order without your approval. If an alternate is needed due to availability, we will contact you before proceeding.

Can I cancel my order after payment?
No. Once your order is confirmed and placed with the manufacturer/supplier, it becomes Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable (NCNR).
Can I return a product after delivery?
No. Returns are not accepted for confirmed/imported orders. Please confirm the MPN and quantity before ordering.
What if I receive a damaged package or wrong item?
If the shipment is physically damaged or a wrong item is received, report it immediately after delivery with photos of the outer packaging/label and product condition. We will review and guide you on next steps.
Will you ship an alternate/substitute part if my ordered part is not available?
No. We do not ship substitutes without your approval. If an alternate is needed, we will contact you before proceeding.
